Most recently, as CEO of Crosscut Mountain Sports Center in Bozeman, Montana, Jen led the organization through significant growth and a nonprofit merger. She holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Bryan Dwyer is an International Development professional with over 20 years of experience living and working abroad in Africa and Latin America with USAID, the Peace Corps, Global Health Corps, and Jesuit Refugee Services.
